Custom Home Build

This custom home build project represents a pinnacle of modern construction, incorporating new and efficient materials to enhance durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. The design features Trex decking, spray foam insulation, a sealed attic system, heat pump heating systems, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring for durability and aesthetics, efficient Harvey windows, custom cabinetry, and high-quality tile work, complemented by tall walls to create a spacious and luxurious living environment.

12x24 Addition

The construction project involved expanding an existing residence with a 12x24 home addition, focusing on integrating abundant natural light and adding a main floor bathroom. Additionally, the project included creating supplementary space in the basement for enhanced functionality and utility.

Large Home Renovation

The renovation project involved transforming a traditional house into a modern, open-concept living space. Key aspects included removing and raising the roof, installation of LVL carrying beam, as well as relocating the kitchen and multiple bathrooms.
