We can take care of that, Removal of the Chimney, refinishing and patching in wood floors, blowing out the ceiling for extra space, reinforcing undersized rafters, Raising beams for a natural flow in the space.  We moved the kitchen installing Oak cabinets and integrating with some faux beams trimmed out in an oak to tie back into the kitchen.
